Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

• Once your order has been processed or dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

  Custom or Personalized Orders

  • Due to the unique nature of custom or personalized perfume creations, these orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun.

  Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

    Changes to Orders

    If you need to make changes (such as fragrance selection, address, or quantity), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before shipment.
